About me
I’m glad you’re here! I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, grounded in understanding, and you feel safe.
My work includes women across all stages of life who are navigating transition: career changes, fertility challenges, pregnancy and the perinatal period, motherhood, empty nest shifts, and the lasting effects of childhood experiences. These seasons can bring uncertainty, grief, anxiety, depression, or a sense of disconnection, even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and individualized. I strive to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand your experiences in greater clarity and self-compassion. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and developing tools that support meaningful change.
I believe healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about understanding what has been carried for too long. Therapy is a process we move through at your pace; honoring both where you’ve been and where you hope to go.
Whether you are seeking support during a specific transition or looking to hear from past experiences that continue to show up in your present, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Send me a message or give me a call so we can discuss your situation and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
