“Find yourself feeling “stuck” in the same situation? Trying to make sense of a life experience and don’t know where to start. You’re not alone. The truth is, we have all experienced or will experience a moment in life where we don’t feel quite like ourselves.”
A thoughtful, collaborative approach
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and an understanding of how life transitions and past experiences shape the present.
I work from a trauma informed lens, recognizing that experiences from earlier in life-whether clearly remembered or quietly carried-can influence how we relate to ourselves, others and change. In our work together, we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with care and respect for your nervous system and personal boundaries.
Sessions are both supportive and intentional. We take time to understand what you are experiencing, while also building practical tools to help you navigate, anxiety, overwhelmed, emotional patterns, and life transitions. Depending on your needs, therapy may include developing coping strategies, increasing emotional awareness, strengthening self-compassion, and gently processing past experiences when appropriate.
I draw from evidence based practices and tailor therapy to your unique goals and stage of life. Whether you are navigating perinatal changes, motherhood, career shifts, an empty nest, or healing from childhood trauma, our work will be guided by what feels most helpful for you.
In this collaborative space, you are the expert of your lived experience; my role is to support guide and walk alongside you as you build clarity resilience, and meaningful change.
